  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where iKross shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.

5. Exchange Option

If you prefer an exchange instead of a return, contact us within the return eligibility period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
